General information
Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones and does not include order processing time.
All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 3:30pm AEST.
Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
Orders can take up to two business days to process before being shipped; this may be longer if there is a huge promotion taking place.
In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped.
To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Care team.

All prices on VOUSETI are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.

Standard Shipping / Postage
All deliveries will be sent via Australia Parcel Post unless otherwise specified. Please refer to table below for postage rates and delivery times:
Australia – $9.95 or Free Aus Post parcel post Shipping on all orders over $100.00 AUD
There is also an option to select express post shipping in Australia at $12.95.
New Zealand Express Post– $14.95 or Free Aus Post Express Shipping on all orders over $100.00 AUD
International Shipping
All other countries - $30.00-$35.00 AUD – Australia Post, Express service - please allow 7-12 business days for international orders to be delivered from the dispatch date.
ALL International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority.
This is not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.
Payment Options
We accept AFTER PAY, VISA, MasterCard, Credit Card and PayPal payments. All payments are processed via Shopify. If you are a PayPal member, you can also pay using your PayPal account.
Items Purchased On Sale/ Discounted
Please understand items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty Goods
We check all items before sending to ensure they are of the highest quality. If an item is faulty we will provide a replacement or store credit.
